The 2nd annual PTC Vancouver Aquathlon was held on May 7th in North Vancouver. Athletes ages 14-19 completed the 500m pool swim and 3km trail run in cool and rainy conditions. Some athletes were using the event as a tune-up to their upcoming triathlon season, while others were doing their first multisport race.
Congratulations to all the athletes who took part! Award winners were: Conor Doherty (1st place male 16-19); Robynne Shannon (1st place female 16-19); Rowan Doherty (1st place male under 16).
A big thank you to all the volunteers and parents who helped to make the event a success!
